    9kg weighted blanket

    Why did I get a weighted blanket. Well I wanted to improve both my deep and rem sleep which were both below average. Why did I go for a 9kg one. Well I am 99kg this was the approx 10% of body weight. I scoffed at those saying it was too heavy for them. What do I think? absolutely love it. My sleep scores are on average better than they were before so I am delighted. Now hitting just under 45% of restorative sleep. So big thumbs up. The o Oy thing I would say is don’t be too hung go in getting a 9kg one, some nights I find it just a wee bit too much for me, as when half asleep you forget it’s there and wonder why you are now able to move. So it you are unsure I would go slightly lighter. But it really is the cuddle I am otherwise missing in my life.. but hey hope springs eternal!

    Oodie Weighted Blanket

    Absolutely fantastic. Bought it for my son hoping it would help him sleep better and it has. So happy with my purchase, so much so I bought a blue one for my daughter fir same reason
