Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders

A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery within the UK usually takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping is FREE for orders over £50 (excludes InPost™).
  • We primarily use Royal Mail and now offer InPost™ Locker Delivery for eligible UK orders.

Important Notes

  • InPost™ is a locker delivery service, not home delivery.
  • Customers select a locker at checkout after entering their shipping address.
  • InPost™ is weight-gated and only available for lighter orders.
  • Not available in Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, or Northern Ireland.
  • Free shipping thresholds do not apply to InPost™ orders due to Shopify limitations.
  • Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page.
  • During sales and peak periods, expect extended dispatch times.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders. You can apply Shipping Protection at checkout.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return window from the date your order is delivered/received.

Eligibility

  • Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in 'as new' condition, including original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our online return portal.
  2. Follow the guided steps — you'll see the exact return shipping fee before you confirm.
  3. You'll receive instructions on how to package and post your return.

Please Note

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown during the return process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  • If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
