Shop with peace of mind knowing our dedicated fulfilment centre will dispatch your items within 1-3 business days*. 

*Terms & Conditions: 

• Delays due to public holidays, courier issues, or natural disasters don’t count. 

• If your order contains an item with an estimated shipping date, that date marks the beginning of the 1-3 business days* dispatch window. 

• All dispatch timeframes start from the business day after you place your order, unless specified. 

• Note: Business days refer to Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. 

• Out-of-stock items are excluded. 
• During sales events and peak times, extended dispatch times are to be expected.

Shipping & Delivery 

We use Royal Mail for UK orders. Here’s what to expect: 

Standard Shipping	Covered*
2-3 business days (after dispatch)  (Free over £35)  For orders under £35, shipping is £3.99	2-3 business days (after dispatch)   For orders under £35, covered shipping is £5.99  For orders over £35, covered protection is £1.99

 

*You can upgrade to covered protection at checkout. 

Your tracking details can be found in your shipping confirmation email.  

Delivery times may vary depending on location and do not include dispatch times. 

If an item in your order has an estimated shipping date, the entire order will be sent together. This means, we have to wait until your full order is in stock to dispatch it. 

During sales events and peak times, extended dispatch times are to be expected.

Returns Policy 

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date your item is delivered. 

To be eligible for a return: 

1. Your item must be initiated and sent back to us within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Make sure it’s in its original condition with all tags and packaging. 
3. The item isn't marked as "Clearance" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page, unless faulty. 

To initiate a return, these are the steps: 

1. Jump onto our returns portal. 
2. Provide your order number and email address. 

Please note:

• Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the item(s) being received back at our fulfilment centre after inspection. 
• For bundle purchases, if you return one or more items, the bundle pricing is no longer valid.  
• Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.
