We ship most orders with Royal Mail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes about 2-3 business days after dispatch.

InPost™ Locker Delivery is available for lighter parcels. It’s locker‑only and not offered in Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man or Northern Ireland.

If an item in your order has an estimated shipping date, the entire order will be sent together on that date.

You’ve got 30 days to return your order on our online return portal, and return shipping costs are simply deducted from your refund.
